2. Purpose of the Website

The main purpose of this Website (hereinafter, the “Website”) is to provide information about the future launch of the COLECTIN APP, S.L. marketplace, to allow the User to join the pre-launch waiting list and, where applicable, to collect non-personal or limited information for the validation of the service proposal.

In this pre-launch phase, the Website does not allow commercial transactions or the actual provision of intermediation services. The full functionality of the marketplace will be announced and governed by specific General Terms of Contract and Terms and Conditions when it becomes available.

3. Terms of Access and Use

Access to the Website is free of charge, without prejudice to those features that may require the submission of an email address or other data.
